Countdown

A big number counting down second by second inside a ring that empties, then the closing words pop.

Countdown at 16:9
0.00 / 6.00 s
Playing live with volito/browser, the engine a render uses. Each tab lays the item out again for that shape, not a crop. The graphic is transparent; the grey stands in for your footage.

Render it

npx volito render broadcast/countdown --prop label="Starting in" --prop end="Let's go" --out countdown.mov

That writes ProRes 4444 with alpha, ready to drop over footage. The same item in another shape, brand or format:

volito render broadcast/countdown --aspect 9:16 --style cobalt --out countdown-9x16.mov
volito render broadcast/countdown --format mp4 --out countdown.mp4
volito still broadcast/countdown --t 3 --out countdown.png
volito info broadcast/countdown # every prop and part
volito add broadcast/countdown # copy its source into ./motion to edit

From Node:

import { findItem, renderVideo } from "volito";

await renderVideo(findItem("broadcast/countdown"), { props: { label: "Starting in", end: "Let's go" }, out: "countdown.mov" });

Or ask an agent with the MCP server connected: “Render the Volito countdown (broadcast/countdown) in 9:16, in our brand.”
